BEWARE TELESHOPPING INDIA.

I've purchased a "Sauna Steam Bath" device from Teleshopping by online order (my order no: 3849) and received by COD (Cash on delivery - Rs4750paid) on 26-07-2013. When I tested the device power and heater indicator getting ON. But the heater is not working. They sent me defective product. The packing also not fresh. When I contact the customer care, they are not responding good, they are just avoiding the phone for complaints, because they are telling - no guaranteed any products, once you receive the product you are responsible like that. But while I order it, they told 60days Money Back Guaranteed. Bill also got the same as 60days Money Back Guaranteed. Now they rejecting the calls and not responding any emails or calls. They noted their website, it's USA product and 1 year warranty like that. 100% wrong statement.

So Please Don't order any products from the above site and they are purposely cheating us. They are 100% Fraud. No address of them in site, just mentioned Delhi only.
